Why do you feel stuck, even after seven years of a full-body refresh?

Why do most of us feel stuck, despite technically being “brand new” humans every seven years?

It’s not because your liver hasn’t caught up.

It’s because we cling to old habits and outdated mental patterns like a toddler to a sticky lollipop.

You can swap every cell in your body, but if your brain’s still marinating in the same toxic stew of self-doubt, fear, and “woe is me,” you’re not gonna feel like a new you.

What questions are you asking yourself?

  • Why do I feel like I’m stuck on repeat, even though my body’s practically brand new?

  • How can I make actual changes that last?

  • Shouldn’t I feel like a completely different person after seven years?

  • Is it possible to really change who I am without a major life crisis?

Here’s the solution

You can’t just expect new results with old thinking.

You can absolutely regenerate yourself over time.

The science is there.
The body regenerates.

But guess what doesn’t?
Your excuses.

If you keep thinking the same way you did seven years ago, don’t expect anything different.
